Clearness Committee

The Clearness Committee is a time-tested process whereby a small group holds a focus person for a period of 2 hours, so that the focus person can explore more deeply a question, an issue, a possibility, or an experience for which they are seeking clarity. Committee members will offer open honest questions so that, if they choose, the focus person can use their response to come to know themselves with more clarity.

We can offer up to 8 committees the morning of Sunday, May 7th, and we will support you with learning about the process, and about asking open honest questions. If you are interested in being a Focus Person, or if you would like to discuss further before making a decision, please be sure to send a chat message to either Mike or Kirstin on Friday, April 29th when they introduce this topic.

Becoming a Focus Person is a gift for our community, as it enables us as Committee Members to live our touchstones in their fullest application, and with their fullest power.

Before the Clearness Committee, you should also read this 2-page document in which Parker goes into detail about the purpose of the Clearness Committee, along with some helpful guidelines for participating in a Clearness Committee. Whether you’re planning to be a Focus Person or a Committee Member, it will be helpful to look through this document before May 7th.

If you have any questions about the Clearness Committee, please don’t hesitate to reach out to your guiding facilitator and they will be happy to help.
