Over the last three years, our notion of what is normal has been disrupted.
Environmental emergencies, political disruption, and public health crises have fragmented our world.
It’s as though we’ve endured a lingering illness and landed in unfamiliar, unkind territory.
What do we need to become whole?
How do we find our bearings in a fractured environment?
Where are we now?
Who are we called to be?
We invite you to join us to explore these questions, in a 5-session, online retreat. The Courage and Renewal® approach will support a welcoming, trustworthy space for participants to reflect on personal and communal questions. We’ll practice deep listening and offer honest, open questions to support each other to find new perspectives, uncover personal wisdom and build courage.
We’ll work with the online setting in a balanced and purposeful way. Zoom will provide the gathering space for our interactions and a platform to share images, music, poetry and story. We’ll pause for meditation and take time off-screen for reflection, pondering, movement and rest.
Not sure if this retreat is for you? We invite you to attend the first session as our guest.
