Marna Anderson is the Director of Development at CCR. She has spent her career in the nonprofit sector serving social justice organizations focused on ending gender-based violence, reforming the criminal justice system and promoting nonviolence and unarmed approaches for civilian safety in regions of violent conflict. Marna has been in leadership positions building teams, developing strategy and raising funds for over 25 years. She attended CCR’s Leadership Academy in 2015 and was transformed by the experience, particularly the deep sharing with others in the Circle and learning how to hold tensions in life-giving ways.

I find inspiration in conversation with others about how we can create a more just world and build community that looks out for one another -- the future we envision and do not yet have.

What I Do For Fun, Rest, and Renewal

I enjoy being active with friends paddling on local lakes, cross country skiing and taking classes at the YWCA. I love to knit, read and travel to visit lifelong friends.
