Brian Donnelly is a student and practitioner of leadership science with 35 years experience in the professional services and healthcare industries. Having retired from healthcare, Brian works with business owners and leadership teams as a Certified EOS Implementer. In this work as teacher, facilitator, and coach he helps leaders clarify vision, foster cultures of accountability, and create high value workplaces that people love. As a Circle of Trust® Facilitator, he intends to help leaders gain greater depth of understanding of their leadership practice, find more joy in the work, and grace the lives of those they touch. Brian is passionate about the journey to “the source of shadow and light” as the catalyst that will allow those who choose to lead to create trustful spaces that bring people to life.
