I am a wellness practitioner and lifelong educator dedicated to creating spaces where people can restore, reconnect, and rise into their fullest selves. With over 25 years in public education and 3 years as a wellness practitioner, I bring a deep understanding of the challenges—and possibilities—that come with serving others.
I am a certified practitioner in multiple healing modalities, including 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training, Sound Healing, and Breathwork, and hold California Teaching Credentials and certification as a Restorative Justice Practitioner. My work weaves together the wisdom of the body, the power of sound, and the transformative potential of mindful community. I am passionate about guiding others to pause, listen inward, and focus on their own wellness journey.
I have attended several Courage to Teach retreats, and each time, I left with a feeling of renewal and clarity. I also left wanting more. I chose to deepen my knowledge and practice in the Courage and Renewal approach by participating in the Facilitator Preparation Program. As an apprentice, I am excited to facilitate Courage to Teach retreats for educators.
