Jana Rickerson is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 25 years of leadership experience in human services, community non-profits, and health care. She has always loved working with and on behalf of children and families, and her first career was as an elementary school teacher. Jana has explored many different models of cultural humility, racial justice healing, LGBTQ inclusion and community building. She is excited to weave these lifestrands together with Courage and Renewal work in order to explore new ways of listening to the voice of the other.
