Karen is currently participating in the Center for Courage & Renewal’s Facilitator Preparation Program. She is entering her twelfth year as an IT operations and SaaS manager, where she enjoys working with customers and navigating the rapidly changing field of technology, while also doing her part to keep a small business organized, healthy and sustainable. Prior to IT, Karen worked at The Cleveland Museum of Art in the education department. She has also served as a faith formation director in progressive congregations, for people of all ages. Connecting all fields is her embrace of wonder and her attention to details, while also being creative in writing curriculum and training materials, offering programming, and leading retreats. Karen has a B.A. from Illinois Wesleyan University in History, with minors in German and Art History; M.A. from Case Western Reserve University in Art History and Museum Studies; and a MBA, summa cum laude, from Baldwin Wallace University.
