We are a diverse, experienced, multidisciplinary team offering customised, highly responsive action-learning based leadership, organisation and community development services to a wide range of clients across government, community and private sectors, in Australia and the Asia-Pacific region.
In recent years Michael was a valued contributor to strategic leadership development in the Western Australian Health Department including designing and running: a 3-month, Executive Coaching Program for executive directors across WA Health; a 14-month Executive Team Leadership Development program for a large division of the organisation; and a 7-month Aboriginal Leadership Development program for the Aboriginal Health Division.
He has also (2006-11) been involved in two multi-year action-learning public sector strengthening initiatives for AusAID in Papua New Guinea and the Solomon Islands.
