Nancy McCaughey, PCC is a Courage & Renewal Facilitator, ICF-credentialed Executive Coach and trusted guide for senior level leaders and seasoned professionals in a variety of fields and sectors. Her clients are desiring to renew their passion and sense of purpose for what they do, consider or seek new directions in their career, or plan for an intentional transition into a new phase of their life and leadership. She is the founder and principal of Nancy McCaughey Coaching, LLC, and in the last 15 years, has facilitated, inspired and encouraged her clients as they seek a more fulfilling and authentic expression of their unique gifts, shape a compelling vision for their next chapter, and develop a creative strategic plan to achieve it. Prior to starting her coaching and consulting practice, she was co-founder of a non profit organization in Hawaii for 10 years, and went on to serve in a variety of marketing and sales leadership roles in the travel and pharmaceutical industries in San Francisco, CA and Portland, OR.
Additionally, Nancy has designed and facilitated career renewal, succession planning and transition programs and retreats for global development consulting firms, foundation senior leaders and fellowship programs.
Nancy holds her degree from Michigan State University in Human Development, and her executive coaching certification from the Hudson Institute of Coaching in Santa Barbara. She enjoys sharing life with her husband and their two dogs, reading, traveling, cooking, painting, and kayaking in the PNW.
