Rachel Boechler, Ph.D., founder of OnPurpose Consulting, worked in the education, business, and non-profit sectors to assist leaders and organizations in transformational change efforts. As a teacher, leader, coach, facilitator and consultant she supported individuals and organizations in operating from a place of integrity, core purpose, and passion in order to realize their true potential. Rachel has over 25 years of experience in K-12 education, in addition to serving as a university professor and business leader. Rachel has been a Courage and Renewal facilitator since 2000 and served on the Center’s Board for seven years. Recently retired, Rachel finds joy in reading, walks along the lake, biking, volunteering, working out, yoga, the arts, and travel. She resides in Milwaukee WI and St. Petersburg FL with her husband Brian and their rescue dogs, Louie Pasteur and Zigmond von Boechler (Ziggy).

Where I'm Finding Inspiration

In nature and in the arts and in volunteering for a local animal shelter

What I Do For Fun, Rest, and Renewal

I read, practice yoga and take walks in nature as a way to relax. I also love Indie films, theater, home design and decor, and travel. Adventures with friends and spending time with Louie and Ziggy, our little rescues also brings me joy.
