As an executive director and pastor of faith based communities, I know first hand the deep need to practice self-care, and find spaces and practices that foster integrity and authenticity. My own personal experiences with Circle of Trust retreats, helped me move into a more fruitful and balanced leadership approach, allowing me to navigate conflict, hold tensions, and be truer to my own inner core values.
