As a facilitator, educator, and coach, Susan strives to offer individuals and organizations inspiration through reflection, action planning and learning support. Using an array of tools, practices, and experiences, she helps them to acquire necessary skills and perspective, and to empower themselves toward desired outcomes.

She has been the Principal of Susan Ahl: Coaching, Consulting, Community since 2012, holds a Masters of Adult and Higher Education and is a certified executive coach. Susan has worked with individuals and teams within corporate, education, and non-profit settings; designing and delivering learning solutions and coaching support for personal and professional development.
Preparation through the Center for Appreciative Inquiry and through the Center for Courage & Renewal, along with participation in and facilitation of Circles of Trust, strengthens Susan’s commitment to the practice of deep listening and curiosity. She believes that lifelong learning contributes to a meaningful life.

Where I'm Finding Inspiration

Hands in the dirt, gardens, by flowing water, anywhere laughing with kids, friends and community, art (it's the season of Gallery Walks and First Friday music!), did I mention the gardens?

What I Do For Fun, Rest, and Renewal

Gardening, writing, music--making it, hearing it, experiencing it, host s'mores parties, dinner gatherings and second Sunday snacks, volunteering, kayaking, walks in the woods, naps with the cats, skipping rocks
