Wade loves exploring how we stay gentle and courageous in all that life brings.
He is grateful to live on the beautiful unceded lands of the xʷməθkʷəyiəm (Musqueam), Səlílwətaʔ (Tsleil-Waututh), Skwxwú7mesh Úxwumixw (Squamish), and kʷikʷəƛ̓ əm (Kwikwetlem) peoples, colonially known as Vancouver, British Columbia.
Wade is committed to the work of healing and transformation that is both personal and collective. He is the spiritual care leader at a hospice and care home, a minister in the United Church of Canada, and an enthusiastic member of a cohousing community. Over the years his time has been spent raising pigs, attending theatre school, and organizing rainwater harvesting in Ghana.
Wade brings to Circles of Trust his love for community, contemplative practice, and discerning the places “where your deep gladness and the world’s deep hunger meet.” (Frederick Beuchner)
