Collaboration Coordinator

The Collaboration Coordinator plays a key role in CCR’s mission by serving as the primary point of contact for Courage & Renewal Facilitator Collaboration members and coordinating our efforts to nurture a mutually supportive multi-generational community of learning and practice. This is a part-time (average of 10 hours a week) staff position that is both highly relational and administrative. This position is a remote/work-from-home position with occasional travel for in-person meetings.

Collaboration Coordinator

About the Role:

The Collaboration Coordinator plays a key role in CCR’s mission by serving as the primary point of contact for Courage & Renewal Facilitator Collaboration members and coordinating our efforts to nurture a mutually supportive multi-generational community of learning and practice. This is an average of 10 hours a week staff position that is both highly relational and administrative.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Serve as first point of contact for members of the Courage & Renewal Facilitator Collaboration
  • Welcoming and onboarding new facilitator members into the Courage & Renewal Facilitator Collaboration
  • Supporting the development and maintenance of learning loop/feedback systems that enable better communication within the Collaboration and between CCR and facilitator members, including surveys, program data submission, consulting profiles, etc.
  • Collaborating with other facilitators around the Strengthening Community conflict resolution process as needed
  • Supporting the planning of and efforts to invite and involve facilitator members in Collaboration events including Collaboration Conversations and the Global Gathering
  • Organizing and hosting periodic Collaboration Conversations based on areas of interest and need
  • Creating, coordinating, or contributing to post-event plans of action based on key learning and feedback from facilitators
  • Curating and producing a Collaboration newsletter on a regular (tbd) schedule 
  • Contributing to conversations within the facilitator community on the Community Platform

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Courage & Renewal® facilitator 
  • Strong organizational skills and problem-solving skills, able to offer careful attention to both details and relational dynamics
  • Experience with Salesforce or comparable CRM, preferred
  • Able to organize and work within digital systems in an online office environment, Google Docs, Asana, Dropbox, etc.
  • Comfort and proficiency using Zoom

Salary & Benefits:
The salary for this position is $15,000 annually with limited benefits that include wellness support and opportunities for personal and professional development.

Location:
CCR operates a virtual office, complemented by occasional on-site meetings with staff, board members, and other community members. Most of our staff are in Eastern and Central US time zones.
