“Coming Back to Life” is for anyone wanting to listen more deeply for the authentic and genuine within themselves and to refresh, revive, and renew themselves for a new season. It is designed for anyone considering or already navigating a personal or professional transition where deep questions about your life and your living have presented themselves. This retreat will help you to hear more clearly what is going on inside of you and find a way through that is guided by your most authentic self.
Rooted in the Courage & Renewal® approach developed by Quaker writer and teacher, Parker Palmer, and formed by the work of the Center for Courage & Renewal, “Coming Back to Life” is a Circle of Trust® retreat for anybody who wants to follow the leading and wisdom of their soul personally and vocationally. “Coming Back to Life” will support participants to:
• Act wholeheartedly on their true callings and passion
• Cultivate sustaining personal and communal practices for the long haul and
• Work to transform the relationships, families, and organizations they serve.
This retreat will be co-faciliated by Courage & Renewal facilitator, Mardi Tindal and Kristin Philipson (B.A. Hons, M. Div, D.Min) who is being prepared as a Facilitator by the Center for Courage & Renewal and has participated in Circle of Trust programs over the past decade. She is passionate about helping people to make meaning in their lives and live by their own convictions.
On the shores of Stoney Lake, Kingfisher Bay Retreat Centre is a welcoming and comfortable setting for you to rest, revive, and refresh yourself surrounded by the beauty of tall pines, peaceful waters, and abundant wildlife.
There are several registration options (all options include meals)*:
Retreat + overnight accomodation
Shared room: $520.00 (early bird price, participate with a friend!); after March 7: $598.00
Private room: $740.00 (early bird price); after March 7: $850.00
Retreat only (for those wanting to commute home in the evenings)
Commuter: $380.00 (early bird price); after March 7: $437.00
*Non-refundable on or after March 14th. Cancellations prior to March 14th are subject to a $200 cancellation fee.
