As we enter the second year of this administration and prepare for the holiday season, the paradox of life is ever-present. Our bodies are our teachers. They hold the landscape of our past, present, and future. To move and stay with the external paradox of life, we need to be able to find the balance within ourselves.
Join us for a three part mini-retreat series to practice noticing paradox and staying with the uncomfortable through our bodies. During our time together we will engage in tai chi exercises, self reflection, and group conversation. Please be prepared to be in a place where you can move your body and have the option to be on camera. Please plan to attend all of the retreats. This retreat series is in the tradition of Courage & Renewal Retreats.
