“The very least you can do in your life is to figure out what you hope for. And the most you can do is live inside that hope. Not admire it from a distance but live right in it, under its roof.”
~ Barbara Kingsolver
Give yourself a simple gift. Join us Sunday, December 11, 10–11:15 am ET to ponder hope: what is, where to find it, and what it offers.
We’ll follow the Courage & Renewal® approach, to create a welcoming, caring and trustworthy space for participants to explore a variety of perspectives on hope and uncover the meaning of hope in their lives.
We’ll work with the online setting in a balanced and purposeful way. Zoom will offer a gathering space for our interactions with each other as well as a platform to share images and story. We’ll pause for meditation, engage with a short text, take time off-screen for reflection and observation, and listen to each other’s insights and emergent wisdom.
Whether this is your first experience with courage work or you are a seasoned retreat participant, this micro-retreat offers a simple, gentle opportunity to step away from the busyness and obligations this time of year often presents and listen to the wisdom of your own heart.
