Whether you choose to immerse yourself in the city’s vibrant arts and culture, explore the stunning desert landscapes, savor a memorable meal, or simply unwind by the pool, this day is yours to enjoy. Our retreat officially begins at 7:30 AM the next morning. Overnight stay in Phoenix.
This morning, we begin with transformative educational sessions focused on gratitude, relationships, and mindset—the foundation for a more fulfilling life. Afterward, we travel by comfortable passenger van to Sedona, a destination renowned for its majestic red rock landscapes and spiritual energy. Upon arrival, we check in at The Element Hotel before gathering for our afternoon sessions, deepening our exploration of personal growth. Overnight stay at The Element Hotel in Sedona. Our morning sessions center on creating space in our busy lives—clarifying values, setting boundaries, and allowing new stories of meaning and purpose to emerge. In the afternoon, we step into Sedona’s breathtaking wilderness, hiking the Courthouse Loop, Bell Rock Climb, and Big Park trails—routes known for their connection to the region’s famous energy vortexes. For those seeking deep relaxation, the afternoon is also an opportunity to experience world-class alternative healing—book a massage, Reiki session, or other holistic treatments available nearby. Overnight stay at The Element Hotel in Sedona. Breakfast included
Today’s morning sessions guide us through the themes of perfectionism, grief, and forgiveness, helping us release what no longer serves us. In the afternoon, we hike the Fay Canyon Trail, a hidden gem tucked within Sedona’s red rock landscape. The trail ends at a dramatic Supai sandstone cliff, and for those feeling adventurous, an optional scramble up the rock face offers an awe-inspiring panoramic view of the valley below. Once we return to the hotel, there is free-time to use for your own well-being. Overnight stay at The Element Hotel in Sedona. Breakfast & Dinner included
Morning sessions will focus on exploring and creating the life you desire through interactive clearness committee exercises. Afterward, we’ll hike the Baldwin Trail loop, taking in sweeping red rock views and the natural beauty of Sedona. For those who wish, there’s the option to continue up to the summit of Cathedral Rock, a well-known energy vortex and one of Sedona’s most iconic landmarks. The hike concludes beside a tranquil creek, where we’ll gather for a gratitude circle, reflecting on the week’s experiences. We’ll then return to our hotel for free time to rest, explore, or enjoy personal reflection. Overnight Stay at the Element Hotel in Sedona. Breakfast included
Our morning sessions focus on navigating transitions and crafting a vision for a life filled with greater meaning, purpose, and joy. After our morning sessions we will spend some time in downtown Sedona allowing the opportunity to do a little shopping and to check out Sedona’s business community. The afternoon affords us one more opportunity for what many say is the best trail in Sedona — the Oak Creek Trail. This trail traverses a shallow stream that flows through a deep, forested canyon. It contains plentiful wildlife and many eroded rock formations, and is the perfect place to end our hiking retreat. Tonight we stay at the Element Hotel in Sedona. Breakfast included.
Morning sessions will focus on tying the retreat together with reflection, intention-setting, and connection. We’ll write a letter to our future selves, and close with a final water ceremony to mark the journey. Afterward, we’ll arrive back in Phoenix by 12 noon. Some travelers may fly home later, while others can explore the city—visit the Botanical Garden or take one last hike, such as summiting Camelback Mountain. Breakfast included.
