This four day and three night retreat is open to those identifying as women who are in leadership, whether formally or informally. As we approach the fullness of summer solstice, the abundance of light and energy can be overwhelming. This retreat is designed for leaders who wish to hold the fullness of this time of year and center their leadership and their lives with courage, integrity and possibility.
This retreat is designed for leaders who wish to imagine the highest possibilities and results for our organizations and communities. With courage, compassion and creativity we will share practices to hold our current realities, wherever we find ourselves.
Together we will…
We are excited to have you join us in this Circle of Trust® retreat, grounded in the the Courage & Renewal approach, designed to build a trustworthy space for telling our truths and listening to the truths of others. Past participants have included community organizers, community development professionals, non-profit executives, school leaders, clergy, coaches and other leaders from the nonprofit and corporate sectors. We believe everyone leads.
Your retreat experience will be guided by Dawn Montgomery, a Courage & Renewal facilitator, and Jennifer Wagley, a Courage & Renewal facilitator in preparation. Dawn’s bio appears by clicking below her photo.

Jenifer serves as Executive Director of Our Children Oregon, an advocacy and organizing non-profit committed to improving child well-being.
