Welcome to Las Vegas—an oasis of light and energy in the heart of the Mojave Desert. While the city dazzles with entertainment and spectacle, our journey begins with a very different kind of richness: inner renewal. Arrive at your leisure, unwind at The Hampton Inn Las Vegas Airport, and prepare to trade neon lights for star-filled skies. Our retreat officially begins at 7:30 AM tomorrow.
Overnight stay at the Hampton Inn Las Vegas Airport
We begin the day with breakfast, introductions, and travel to Virgin, Utah, our home base for exploring the wonders of the Southwest. Today’s educational sessions focus on gratitude, mindset, and the science of wellbeing, laying the foundation for a week of reflection, renewal, and personal growth. Nestled among towering red cliffs and open desert vistas, Virgin invites you to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with yourself.
Overnight stay in Virgin. Breakfast included.
Our morning sessions focus on creating space in our busy lives: clarifying values, setting boundaries, and allowing new stories of meaning and purpose to emerge. Afterward, we travel to Bryce Canyon National Park, famous for its crimson spires and otherworldly hoodoos. Walk among these surreal formations and experience nature’s reminder of transformation through time, patience, and pressure. Overnight stay in Virgin. Breakfast included.
Today’s Journey: Perfectionism, Grief, and Forgiveness
Today’s sessions guide us through perfectionism, grief, and forgiveness, helping us release what no longer serves us and cultivate greater compassion for ourselves and others. In the afternoon, we explore the breathtaking canyons of Zion National Park, where sandstone walls rise a thousand feet high. Hike the Watchman Trail, a moderate 3.3‑mile loop that offers sweeping views of the Virgin River, and the park’s iconic cliffs—perfect for reflection and mindful walking. For those seeking other adventures, Zion also offers Angels Landing, a challenging and iconic hike with thrilling vistas, and the Emerald Pools Trails, a series of shorter hikes leading to waterfalls, pools, and serene natural beauty. Overnight stay in Virgin, with breakfast included
This morning, we explore the power of story—how the narratives we live by shape our identity, relationships, and joy. We’ll also experience the breathtaking hike through The Narrows, walking directly in the Virgin River amidst towering canyon walls—a perfect opportunity for reflection, mindfulness, and connection with nature.
Overnight stay in Virgin. Breakfast included.
After breakfast, we journey back to Las Vegas, arriving by 1pm. Depart for home refreshed and inspired. Breakfast included.
