Arrive at your leisure, unwind at The Downtown Grand Hotel, and prepare to trade neon lights for star-filled skies. Our retreat officially begins at 8:00 AM tomorrow.

We begin the day with breakfast, introductions, and travel to Kanab, Utah, our home base for exploring the wonders of the Southwest. Today’s educational sessions focus on gratitude, mindset, and the science of wellbeing, laying the foundation for a week of reflection, renewal, and personal growth. Nestled among towering red cliffs and open desert vistas, Kanab invites you to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with yourself.

Our morning sessions center on creating space in our busy lives: clarifying values, setting boundaries, and allowing new stories of meaning and purpose to emerge. In the afternoon, we journey into the breathtaking canyons of Zion National Park, where sandstone walls rise a thousand feet high. Choose to hike The Narrows or the scenic Watchman Trail, each path offering awe, perspective, and reflection amid nature’s grandeur.
Overnight stay in Kanab. Breakfast included.
Today’s sessions explore perfectionism, grief, and forgiveness, guiding us to release what no longer serves us and embrace compassion for ourselves and others. Afterward, we travel to Bryce Canyon National Park, famous for its crimson spires and otherworldly hoodoos. Walk among these surreal formations and experience nature’s reminder of transformation through time, patience, and pressure.
Overnight stay in Kanab. Breakfast included.
This morning, we explore the power of story—how the narratives we live by shape our identity, relationships, and joy. We then travel to the North Rim of the Grand Canyon, where vast horizons and endless depth inspire awe and humility. Choose between guided hikes or quiet solitude overlooking one of the world’s most breathtaking landscapes.
Overnight stay in Kanab. Breakfast included.
As our retreat draws to a close, our morning sessions focus on navigating transitions and crafting a vision for a life filled with meaning, purpose, and joy. In the afternoon, we explore Lake Powell’s deep blue waters and the dramatic cliffs of Glen Canyon National Recreation Area.
