Saturday, May 3 is World Labyrinth Day, a global event inviting people everywhere to “Walk as One at 1.” At 1:00 pm local time, individuals and communities around the world will walk labyrinths as a moving meditation for peace and unity.
Walking a labyrinth is an ancient practice, found in many cultures across time. It offers a pathway inward and outward—a contemplative journey that can ground us, open our hearts, and bring clarity.
I’ll be walking the High Park Labyrinth and invite you to join me there at 12:45 pm, so we can begin walking together at 1:00 pm. We’ll gather, I’ll share a short text, we’ll set quiet intentions and begin walking. Following the walk there will be time for reflection and sharing with a partner or two. We’ll close with a poem.
If you’d like to join me in High Park, send me an email. I will send along some information and tips for walking a labyrinth and directions to the High Park Labyrinth.

🌍 World Labyrinth Day Overview
All are welcome!
High Park is centrally located on 399 acres of land in the heart of Toronto and accessible by public transit and bicycle. Parking within the park is restricted; there is street parking outside the park boundaries.
High Park provides visitors with a unique and unusual sense of wilderness. Combining forested area, riparian zones including creeks and the largest pond in Toronto, as well as recreational facilities and well-maintained parkland, High Park has something for everyone.
The labyrinth is located in a wooded area just north of the Grenadier Café. I will send a map and detailed directions if you email me by May 2.
