Where I'm Finding Inspiration

Karen finds inspiration in nature, whether old growth forests, prairies, or Lake Erie. She is also inspired by the cultural abundance near her whether art museums, Hopewell earthworks, theaters, or music. Karen also serves a nonprofit where the personal giving, budget, and financial reports mirror and support the organization's mission and values, a joy and an ongoing challenge. The Courage community, her family and her friends also keep her mind and heart expanding in glorious and unpredictable ways.

What I Do For Fun, Rest, and Renewal

Karen enjoys hiking, writing, art museums and galleries, gardening, reading, and making meals for family and friends. In any weather, you will find her creating stories inspired by the clouds visting the neighborhood.
