Courage to Lead®: Building Resilience Together

This three-day intensive is designed for leaders who wish to imagine the highest possibilities and results for our leadership, organizations and communities. With courage, compassion and creativity we will develop practices to hold our current realities, wherever we find ourselves.

This three-day intensive is designed for leaders who wish to imagine the highest possibilities and results for our leadership, organizations and communities. With courage, compassion and creativity we will develop practices to hold our current realities, wherever we find ourselves.

Together we will…

  • Explore the inner sources of leadership and transform our concept of self and others
  • Recognize justice, equity and inclusion as organizational essentials
  • Reduce isolation and build communities of care that “hold us accountable, provide support in hard times and act as containers for liberatory innovations”
  • Identify reflective practices that increase personal and professional resilience
  • Consider emergent strategy as a way of imagining and charting our course toward the future we long for

We invite you to join us in this retreat grounded in the Circle of Trust® approach, designed to build a trustworthy space for telling our truths and listening to the truths of others.

Who is this retreat for?
This retreat is open to people from diverse fields and is designed to help participants renew their passion and enthusiasm and commitment toward their leadership and community. Past participants have included school-based educators and administrators, activists, writers, clergy, coaches, doulas, mental health practitioners, and leaders from nonprofit and corporate sectors. Leadership can also be reflected in the ways that we show up in the world through our professional, family, or community life.
