Payment Information

The Early Bird Registration rate is $150. May 31 is the final day for early bird registrations.

The Standard Registration rate is $195.

We are offering scholarships up to $100 on a rolling, “first-come first-considered” basis to help cover the cost of the program for those in need. If you are in need of a scholarship you will be asked to pay a $95 deposit at this time to hold your spot, and then submit a separate scholarship application, which you will receive a link to in your registration confirmation email. We have a limited amount of scholarship funds that we’re able to award, so we encourage you to apply early. Scholarship applications are due May 31, 2026.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be received in writing at heartof@couragerenewal.org 30 days before the event is scheduled to begin and are subject to a $25 administrative fee. Between 30 days and 14 days prior to the start date you will receive a 50% refund for your registration. Refunds will not be granted within 2 weeks of the program start date. Extraordinary circumstances will be considered on a case-by-case basis. All refund requests must be made by you, the registrant.
