We will engage in powerful and enjoyable contemplative practices and processes—in a loving and supportive group of black women, each doing their own inner work.

It is hard to believe that the summer of 2022 is halfway over. Covid persists, as do other problems around the world and in our personal lives. We still live in incredibly challenging times. And black women continue to be some of the people experiencing the greatest challenges in our world. Therefore, remembering our own self-worth is one of the best things black women can do to navigate this volatile and changing world. Doing inner work in the supportive community of other black women makes connecting with our self-love more possible. And it makes this hard and important work enjoyable.
In September 2020, we began offering the Black Women’s Radical Self-Love (Mini) Retreats. These retreats were so transformative, that we began offering them again in September 2021. We now invite you to join the last retreat of the 21-22 series, where we will engage in powerful and enjoyable contemplative practices and processes—in a loving and supportive group of black women, each doing their own inner work. This daylong online retreat will be a great way to wrap up the summer and move into the fall.
And because such a beautiful community has developed and retreats have been so transformative, we will continue them in 22-23, starting again with a daylong retreat in September, coming together for mini retreats each month from October to July, and ending with a daylong retreat in August 2023. Details forthcoming.
Daylong Retreat: 10 AM to 5 PM ET
