Chick is a Program Manager in the Office of Mission and Ministry (OMM) within Baylor Scott & White Health and directs the Sacred Vocation Program and other offerings that help to restore the call to heal. Her experience in clinical nursing, nursing education and organizational transformation help her to understand the challenges that all in healthcare face. She is a graduate of the University of Maryland School of Nursing and Oakland University. She is currently clinical faculty at the Texas A&M Medical School. Chick has been active in Courage and Renewal North Texas and was part of the design team for Courage in the Workplace.
