Liz’s background includes studies in psychology, world religions, and education, and these three threads of interest are braided throughout her life. She has experience teaching in various contexts, and to various ages. She has taught, practiced, and studied yoga and meditation for over 25 years.
Her energy is currently directed to the care and conscious parenting of her young son, and to volunteer work which she loves and finds rich meaning – facilitating and moderating sharing circles, and a self-inquiry based prison project. Liz is currently in the Facilitator Preparation Program with the Centre for Courage and Renewal.
Liz sees life as her teacher, learns greatly from Silence, and deeply trusts the inherent wisdom within. She feels committed and devoted to supporting safe and trustworthy spaces, for us to come home to our inner being, rest within, engage in inquiry, and the journey of self-discovery.
