Nichelle’s most recent experience was with the Center for Courage & Renewal. Over the span of 6 years she held the roles of Director of Operations and Director of Membership & Belonging. Nichelle is also the founder of The MAP Agency -a workforce development platform and community initiative that specializes in helping professional, experienced women return to work after an extended absence or to pivot in their career as life unfolds.
An advocate for the advancement of women and girls, Nichelle is a speaker and workshop presenter on the topic of gender equality in the workforce and beyond. She has previously served on the board for American Association of University Women- Greenville SC chapter and is currently a board member for the Women’s Right and Empowerment Network of South Carolina.
*Nichelle is an apprentice in the Facilitator Preparation Program with the Center for Courage & Renewal.
