Paul Andrews is the Deputy Superintendent of the High Desert Education Service District in central Oregon and has been a facilitator in Courage work for 7 years. His work has mostly focused on school leaders and teachers, although recent Circles of Trust® have involved more community leaders, health care professionals and non-profit leaders. Paul’s background as a special education teacher and leader has blended nicely with Courage work as he seeks to help every student/participant find and honor his/her own path.
