I hushed my mouth closed door to speech But tonight it's me with no words speaking secrets

Where I'm Finding Inspiration

I find inspiration in nature – the wind, trees, clouds, mountains, water – and I say this as someone who was born and grew up in an urban context. I am inspired by the people I work with and how they make me want to be a better human being and help me to cultivate a deeper sense of belonging.

What I Do For Fun, Rest, and Renewal

I read, walk, spend time with friends and family. I love learning new things. To renew I spend time in quiet spaces, and at the other end of the spectrum go to conferences and events to learn in community. I spend time with my family, friends, and Tiger the Cat who all help me relax.

Organizations I've Worked With

I have worked with banks, charities, government, law firms, universities, and FTSE 150 scale companies. Today most of my work is with C suite leaders in their journey of leadership transition or trajectory.

My 'side hustle' is in Practical Theology where I am a Research Associate with the Center for Culture and Religion, University of Oxford.
