Where I'm Finding Inspiration

I'm finding inspiration in applying the principles and practices of the Center for Courage & Renewal at work, at home, and in the world at large, particularly in cultivating my capacity to do the inner work necessary to bring my whole self to the world.

What I Do For Fun, Rest, and Renewal

The waterways of Western New York are great places for rest and renewal, especially the Great Lakes and the Finger Lakes near where I live. Open-water swimming and observing life cycles in the garden are ongoing sources of renewal.
