Tamar is currently an apprentice in the Center for Courage  & Renewal Facilitator Preparation Program.

Tamar Kagan, PCC, M.Ed. is a leadership coach who partners with leaders to cultivate the self-awareness, courage, and resilience needed to lead with greater authenticity and purpose. She believes that the quality of our leadership begins with the quality of our relationship with ourselves, and she is passionate about creating spaces where people can slow down, listen deeply, and reconnect with what matters most.

Drawing on more than two decades of experience working with leaders across the private, public, and non-profit sectors, Tamar integrates reflective practice, mindfulness, and adult development into her coaching and facilitation. She is inspired by the Circle of Trust® approach and its invitation to honour the wisdom that emerges through silence, stories, and genuine community.

Tamar holds a Master of Education in Adult Education from the University of Toronto/OISE, is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation, and is certified in the Leadership Circle Profile 360 and EQ-i 2.0. She is also trained in Applied Mindfulness Meditation through the University of Toronto.

She is continually reminded that when people have the opportunity to pause, reflect, and listen for their own inner wisdom in the company of others, they often discover the clarity and courage needed for whatever comes next.
