Where I'm Finding Inspiration

I find magic in the wisdom of children, the beauty of the natural world, and the power of a good open and honest question. I also enjoy working, learning and laughing with my husband, Brian.

What I Do For Fun, Rest, and Renewal

Running is a way for me to move out of my head and into my body and helps me to renew. I also enjoy spending time at the sea, especially when riding waves with my 11-year-old daughter.
