Thomas Skillings, M. Div (he, him, his)

Thomas Skillings is passionate about exploring the gifts of individuals and communities, and working together with them to discover how they might use those gifts to make a difference for others.  For 40 years Thomas followed this passion in Episcopal congregations working with people of all ages, most recently completing a 19 year pastorate in Burlingame, California.  As a pastor and community leader he worked across boundaries with interfaith and civic partners to nurture a more loving and just community in the San Francisco Bay Area. Prepared as a facilitator by the Center for Courage and Renewal, Thomas seeks to use his gifts of exploring new possibilities by enabling practices of deep listening and nurturing creative collaboration.  Thomas lives in St. Louis, Missouri and is currently working with other Circle of Trust Facilitators to strengthen Courage and Renewal work in the midwest through the Heartland Collaboration.
