Winton Boyd has been a facilitator with the Center for Courage & Renewal since 2007. As a facilitator, he has worked in various sectors and areas of North America. These include clergy, higher ed, non profit leaders and men’s work. In recent years he has offered Soul of Aging retreats online and onsite, men’s retreats, seasonal retreats, and contemplative retreats. He was also Courage & Renwal’s program manager for a recently concluded Lilly Endowment Grant. A pastor in the United Church of Christ for 35 years, he most recently served Orchard Ridge UCC in Madison, WI for 20 years. He now lives in Minneapolis and has been involved in both neighborhood work, local retreat work, and political organizing. He is also a facilitator with the Center for Clergy Renewal at the Holy Wisdom Monastery in Madison, WI. He and his, Tammy, have three young adult children and 2 grandchildren. He loves biking, reading novels, hiking and baking bread!
