Onsite Practicum Registration

While not required, we invite and encourage you to share any additional demographic information you would like to about how you identify. We strive to be inclusive of everyone so they can feel welcome and protected while disclosing their information. By collecting this information, we’re better to able to track the diversity of our global community and follow up with you about specific ways to engage with various resources and communities of practice. All fields are optional, and the information you choose to provide will not be shared beyond the program leadership team and the CCR staff.

While not required, we invite you to provide this information to help us keep track of the professional backgrounds represented in the work that we do, as well as gain a better understanding of who is participating in the program. This information also helps us recommend specific interest groups, programs, resources, or learning communities that you might find helpful in the future. We welcome people of all vocations: those still seeking a vocation, those who have left behind a vocation, and those in transition.

We invite you to check any of the options below based on your personal and/or professional experiences and interests. Again, this information helps us provide meaningful information for you about upcoming programs, resources, and points of connection. Please feel free to check any that you’re currently affiliated with or that deeply interest you.

It is common that at some point during our time together we may capture photographs, videos, audio, or other forms of media to document our time together and use for CCR’s publications and historical records. We are always very clear about when this would be taking place, and we ensure that it’s done in a way that is understanding of the nature of our time together, upholding transparency, invitation, and integrity with the Courage & Renewal approach.

In your acceptance letter, you were provided with the total amount you are expected to pay for your program fee. A $225 deposit is required to register for the program and hold your spot. Within your acceptance letter you’ll also note the dates in which 50% and 100% of your total payment is due. To provide more access and flexibility for everyone, we allow you to decide what kind of payment schedule will work best for you, as long as you reach the given milestones in a timely manner.

Below you’ll have the opportunity to note how much you’re paying today to register. You can pay your full program fee, a portion of your program fee, or just the minimum deposit of $225; it’s up to you! If you do not pay your full program fee today, you received a link in your acceptance letter (and you will receive the same link in your registration confirmation email) to a payment form where you can submit additional payments as you wish. We will also send you reminder emails to submit additional payments as necessary to stay on track.
