This series of one-day retreats throughout 2025, inspired by Stephen Levine’s, "A Year to Live", is a courageous invitation to people of all ages and all stages of life to reflect on creating their best life while firmly grasping awareness of mortality and the impermanence of life. In a small community of seekers, you will explore how paradoxically contemplating death and impermanence can profoundly deepen your experience and appreciation of the present. Too often, the topic of our own mortality is avoided or labeled as morbid. However, in pausing to honor the gift of life, often a renewed sense of aliveness is ignited, catalyzing growth, jump-starting long-awaited change.
