REQUIRED: Experience with the Courage & Renewal® approach
Do you want to learn more about Clearness Committees, so you can offer them in your workplace, place of worship, or other community groups? Do you want to practice asking open, honest questions, which is at the heart of the Clearness Committee experience?
This three-hour stand-alone workshop includes time for asking open, honest questions, reviewing guidelines for Clearness Committees along with possible different formats, and experiencing an abbreviated Clearness Committee.
This workshop is based on the work of Parker J. Palmer and the Center for Courage & Renewal. The Courage & Renewal approach, including Clearness Committees, described in Palmer’s book, A Hidden Wholeness, focuses on cultivating our inner capacity and courage to live a more authentic, meaningful, and engaged life.
