Join us for a one-hour Courage & Renewal® experience on Zoom. We will create a welcoming space for you to tap into personal renewal. If Courage & Renewal is new to you, this is an opportunity to have a small taste of exploring personal renewal through story, music, poetry and self-reflection.
This program is being independently organized and led by a Courage & Renewal Facilitator(s) prepared by the Center for Courage & Renewal. Connect With Courage: A One-Hour Courage & Renewal Experience (Zoom)

Our time together will include time for silence, guided discussion and experiences with poetry, art and wisdom traditions, essays–all aligned with the Center for Courage & Renewal’s mission to “… nurture deep integrity and relational trust, building the foundation for a more loving, equitable, and healthy world.”
A brief question-and-answer session will follow the experience (10 minutes, optional).
One Hour for You to Connect with Courage will include:
