What does it mean to live with courage?
How can we sustain it our courage in the face of uncertainty?
This 75-minute, online, micro-retreat invites us to step back from routines and duties, and consider what it means to live with courage.
We’ll pause for meditation, explore different perspectives on courage, spend time in quiet reflection, and listen to our own and each other’s wisdom. The Courage & Renewal® Touchstones will support a calm, confidential and protected space. We’ll work with the online environment in a gentle and purposeful way.
Pay what you can.
