As leaders we are often called to come from a place of perpetual productivity, bottomless capacity, always giving and always “on”. Yet the wholeness of who we are requires periods of reflection, receiving and renewal. When we do not honor this necessary balance, the wisdom of our hearts is harder to hear.
♦ What’s growing in your life? What needs to be nourished for further growth? What do you want to prune or clear out?
♦ How do we listen to and honor what we need to be whole and in balance amid the demands and desires of an abundant life, in a way that allows for spaciousness, authenticity and joy?
♦ How do we tend to the garden of our lives and our work so that we can receive what we need to flourish?
Held during a time of peak growth and seasonal abundance, this Courage to Lead® two-day workshop invites us into spacious time for reflection, connection, and inner growth.
Together we will…
- Pause and cultivate our capacity to be present
- Meaningfully engage with ourselves, others and nature with spaciousness and care
- Take stock of our relationship to abundance and consider intentional paths of growth and clearing
- Develop skills for holding meaningful conversations and building relational trust
- Explore reflective and creative practices including the SoulCollage® method, an expressive arts practice used as a tool for accessing personal and archetypal wisdom
To ensure your SoulCollage® materials packet arrives before the workshop, register by June 24.
