You are invited to journey through the landscape of God’s grace with a cohort of others seeking to be courageous and compassionate in this pivotal time. Through two on-site retreats and monthly online peer calls, participants will be invited to explore their inner spiritual life, develop greater capacities to speak their truth and listen deeply to others.

You may wonder how you can be a hope-filled and effective leader in your congregation or other calling as we navigate extraordinary and uncertain times in culture and Church. Good leaders do their inner work – especially in seasons of difficulty. Discovering Space for Your Voice encourages self-knowledge, a rich spiritual life, and strong connections to build trusting relationships in your work and life.
