Join us to practice and learn more about the benefits and importance of the mind/body connection. Each Embodiment Pause is a unique offering hosted by a Courage & Renewal Facilitator and may use a combination of movements, breathing exercises, and other modalities to tune into the stories our bodies are revealing to us.
Similar to our Community Drop-Ins, these gatherings are 1-hour, online sessions co-hosted by a Courage & Renewal Facilitator and Nichelle Harrison, our Director of Membership & Belonging. These sessions are free to Courage & Renewal members. To become a member of the Courage & Renewal community visit our community page. Already a member? Theme for this event: Living Grounded and Grateful
Wholeness and community are powerful antidotes to division and polarization. Take an embodiment break designed to support you in being more present, open and connected to yourself and those around you. Once grounded and attuned, we’ll explore the edges of our grief and our gratitude; the places where light shines through cracks and guides our feet to take the next step forward. We will end with a simple gratitude practice to nourish ourselves for the journey ahead.
