A new year invites us to pause and begin afresh. Join us Sunday, January 8, 10–11:15 am ET. Take a step back and consider what renewal looks like for you.
We’ll pause for meditation, explore the power of renewal, spend time in quiet reflection, and listen to our own and each other’s wisdom. Gentle guidelines will support a calm, confidential and protected space.
We’ll follow the Courage & Renewal® approach, to create a welcoming, caring and trustworthy space for participants to explore what renewal means; what it offers and how we can approach it.
We’ll work with the online setting in a balanced and purposeful way. Zoom will offer a gathering space for our interactions with each other as well as a platform to share images and story. We’ll pause for meditation, engage with a short text, take time off-screen for reflection and observation, and listen to each other’s insights and emergent wisdom.
Whether this is your first experience with courage work or you are a seasoned retreat participant, this micro-retreat offers a simple, gentle opportunity to step away from the busyness and obligations this time of year often presents and listen to the wisdom of your own heart.
