In this highly interactive workshop, Dr. Gloria Burgess, pioneer in leadership formation, master facilitator, and acclaimed poet and author, invites you to realign with values, practices, and choices that enliven your leadership. We will co-create sanctuary--an intentional, sacred space to center on practices that help us realign with our calling and reconnect with our inner wisdom. Sessions will include reflection, small group exercises, dialogue, and other integrative modalities.
This program is being independently organized and led by a Courage & Renewal Facilitator(s) prepared by the Center for Courage & Renewal. While we support our facilitators in various ways, CCR has no direct responsibility for the planning or facilitation of this event. During this time of continuous disruption and global transformation, many of us live in a landscape fraught with isolation and increasing demands. As servant leaders, we excel at prioritizing everyone and everything except ourselves. We neglect the core values and practices that distinguish us as leaders and vital contributors in our communities.
