“There is such a powerful eloquence in silence.” ~ Richard Wagamese
When we choose silence for ourselves, it can be a refuge and calm our active minds. Silence allows us to hear our own hearts, our own wisdom.
Join us for 75 quiet minutes. We’ll explore a range of thoughts about silence and ponder where and how we find silence in everyday life. We’ll contemplate where we find silence and how to sink into it. We’ll share our own and each other’s wisdom. Gentle guidelines will support a calm, confidential and protected space.
