Our retreat officially begins at 7:30 AM the next morning. Overnight stay in Phoenix.
This morning, we begin with transformative educational sessions focused on gratitude, relationships, and mindset—the foundation for a more fulfilling life. Afterward, we travel by comfortable passenger van to Sedona, a destination renowned for its majestic red rock landscapes and spiritual energy. Upon arrival, we check in at The Element Hotel before gathering for our afternoon sessions, deepening our exploration of personal growth. Overnight stay at The Element Hotel in Sedona. Our morning sessions center on creating space in our busy lives—clarifying values, setting boundaries, and allowing new stories of meaning and purpose to emerge. In the afternoon, we step into Sedona’s breathtaking wilderness, hiking the Courthouse Loop, Bell Rock Climb, and Big Park trails—routes known for their connection to the region’s famous energy vortexes. For those seeking deep relaxation, the afternoon is also an opportunity to experience world-class alternative healing—book a massage, Reiki session, or other holistic treatments available nearby. Overnight stay at The Element Hotel in Sedona. Breakfast included
Today’s morning sessions guide us through the themes of perfectionism, grief, and forgiveness, helping us release what no longer serves us. In the afternoon, we hike the Fay Canyon Trail, a hidden gem tucked within Sedona’s red rock landscape. The trail ends at a dramatic Supai sandstone cliff, and for those feeling adventurous, an optional scramble up the rock face offers an awe-inspiring panoramic view of the valley below. Once we return to the hotel, there is free-time to use for your own well-being. Overnight stay at The Element Hotel in Sedona. Breakfast & Dinner included.
As our retreat draws to a close, our morning sessions focus on navigating transitions and crafting a vision for a life filled with greater meaning, purpose, and joy. By 1:00 PM, we will arrive at the Phoenix airport, where travelers can catch their flights home or continue their journey with an optional extended hiking experience (see add-on days for details)
Extend your Sedona experience with two unforgettable days designed to deepen your connection to nature, community, and yourself. These add-on days offer a perfect blend of awe-inspiring hikes, quiet moments of reflection, and the space to truly absorb the transformation sparked during the retreat. Whether exploring breathtaking trails, visiting sacred landmarks, or simply allowing yourself to slow down and soak in the wonder of Sedona, this extra time will leave you feeling more grounded, inspired, and rejuvenated. Don’t rush back to the demands of daily life—give yourself the gift of integration, adventure, and renewal
For those opting to extend their journey, the adventure continues with two additional days of breathtaking hikes and exploration. Instead of returning to Phoenix, we’ll enjoy a relaxed lunch in downtown Sedona, followed by free time to explore local shops and galleries. In the afternoon, we’ll set out on what many consider Sedona’s most beautiful hike—the Oak Creek Trail. This scenic trail winds along a crystal-clear creek through a lush, forested canyon, offering a refreshing contrast to Sedona’s red rock landscapes. With towering cliffs, diverse wildlife, and the soothing sound of running water, it’s the perfect way to transition into our extra hiking days. Tonight, we stay at the Element Hotel in Sedona. Breakfast included.
We begin the day with a visit to one of Sedona’s most iconic landmarks—the Chapel of the Holy Cross, a striking architectural wonder built into the red rocks, offering a peaceful moment for reflection. From there, we’ll embark on a hike up Cathedral Rock, one of the most photographed and awe-inspiring formations in the region. The ascent is steep but rewarding, leading to panoramic views that make the effort well worth it. In the afternoon, we journey beyond Sedona to explore Montezuma Castle National Monument, an ancient cliff dwelling that offers a glimpse into the lives of the Sinagua people who once inhabited the region. This fascinating site, reminiscent of Mesa Verde, tells a rich story of resilience and ingenuity. Tonight, we stay at the Element Hotel in Sedona. Breakfast included.
After a final morning in Sedona, we’ll make our way back to Phoenix, arriving by 11:00 AM. Travelers can choose to fly home later in the day or take advantage of a few more hours in the city to explore on their own. Options include exploring the Desert Botanical Garden, strolling through Old Town Scottsdale, or summiting Camelback Mountain for one last breathtaking view of the Arizona landscape. Breakfast included.
