A Courage & Renewal Six or Twelve Retreat Series

Living divided by demands, roles, expectation and the absence of time to reflect is exhausting.  The months go by and we wonder how we can live differently…there must be something more than this.

Together each month we will cultivate our inner capacity to live a more authentic and engaged life.  A Circle of Trust® invites us to open ourselves to metaphors, images and words that both challenge and comfort us.  Through slowed pace and quiet, deep listening, to ourselves and others, we find threads of the lives we’ve lived and the life ahead of us, weaving together a way to rejoin our roles to our deepest and true selves, hearing our inner teachers in community.  Everything in this experience is invitational and confidential. We willingly relinquish the need to fix, change, advise, save, or correct. Instead, listening deeply and learning to ask open, honest questions open new doors in our relationships with self and others as we each find our way to live an undivided life.

This series meets once a month, online. You have the option of choosing any six months of the year or the whole year.  To register you email judy.skeen@belmont.edu and will be sent a response form. Returning it with payment reserves your space in our circle for 2027.
