We are delighted that you’ll be joining us at the Courage & Renewal Practicum retreat. The Practicum retreat will be held Wednesday, November 30 – Saturday, December 3, 2022 at Calvin Center in Hampton, Georgia, United States.
Here, you have the opportunity to submit payments towards the total cost designated in your acceptance letter at whatever pace and time that works for you. If you need an update on how much you have paid and what amount of your total cost remains, please email Taylor Culliver at taylor@couragerenewal.org.
As a reminder, 50% of your total cost for the program is due by October 16, 2022. 100% of your total cost for the program is due by November 13, 2022.

Cancellation Policy: If for any reason you need to cancel your registration, you must do so by sending an email to Taylor Culliver at taylor@couragerenewal.org. If you cancel your registration 30 days or more prior to the program start date you will receive a full refund minus the $150 non-refundable deposit. Between 30 days and 14 days prior to the start date you will receive a 50% refund minus the $150 non-refundable deposit. Refunds will not be granted within 2 weeks of the program start date. Extraordinary circumstances will be considered on a case-by-case basis. All refund requests must be made by you, the registrant.
